Our largest service area by volume. Old West End Victorians with third-floor attics and alley-only access, the Reynolds Corner and Point Place neighborhoods, University of Toledo rentals turning over in August, and downtown commercial clear-outs.
Bedford-area subdivisions right on the state line. Two-car garages that stopped fitting cars, basement rec rooms being redone, and a lot of hot tubs and playsets from the mid-2000s finally coming out.
Newer builds and larger lots north of the Ohio line — sheds, above-ground pools, decks and outbuildings, plus estate work as long-time owners downsize.
Sylvania and Sylvania Township, from downtown Main Street to the Whiteford Road corridor. Established homes with finished basements and the furniture that has to come back up out of them.
Maumee, Arrowhead Park and the riverfront neighborhoods. Office and light-industrial clear-outs on the business side, basement and garage cleanouts on the residential side.
East side of the Maumee River — Oregon, Jerusalem Township and the Bay Shore area. Refinery-corridor commercial work plus lakeside cottages and garages full of decades of storage.
All of Bedford Township including Temperance, Lambertville and Samaria. Our most-requested Michigan township after the city of Monroe itself.
Dundee, Azalia and the rural properties along US-23 — barns, pole buildings, farm outbuildings and the kind of accumulated equipment that comes with acreage.
Newport, Stony Point and the Lake Erie shoreline south of the Detroit River. Cottage clear-outs, seasonal-property turnovers, and flood-damaged basement contents after a hard spring rain.
Carleton, Ash Township and Maybee. Rural Monroe County properties where the outbuilding is usually a bigger job than the house.
South Rockwood, Rockwood and the northern edge of Monroe County toward Flat Rock and Gibraltar.
Lakefront Luna Pier and Erie Township — small lots, tight access, and a lot of seasonal cottage cleanouts between owners.
Erie Township along the state line, from Erie Road down to the Ohio border. Quick reach from either side of our service area.
Ida, Raisinville and the farm properties in between — barn cleanouts, scrap iron, old equipment and outbuilding demolition.
Petersburg, Summerfield Township and the western edge of Monroe County. Rural routes we run on the same trip as Dundee and Ida.
Waterville and Providence Township along the Maumee River — newer subdivisions plus older river-road homes with deep lots and outbuildings.
Whitehouse, Anthony Wayne and southwestern Lucas County. Larger lots mean sheds, pools, decks and playsets more often than city junk.
Holland, Springfield Township and the Airport Highway corridor — a heavy mix of residential cleanouts and commercial and warehouse work.
Ottawa Hills and the Old Orchard and Westmoreland neighborhoods bordering it. Large older homes, full attics, and estate work that needs to be handled carefully.
Perrysburg, Rossford and Northwood just across the river in Wood County — close enough that we run them on the same routes as south Toledo.
Point Place and Shoreland at the north end of Toledo, out toward the Michigan line and Erie shoreline. Older cottages, tight lots, and a lot of boat and marine junk.
